Subscriptions, fees, and payment
Paid plans are billed as described in your order form or on our pricing page. Unless your order says otherwise, fees are charged in advance on a recurring basis in U.S. dollars or Mexican pesos, are non-refundable except where the law requires, and exclude taxes, which you are responsible for.
You authorize us and our payment providers to charge your chosen payment method. We may change our prices with reasonable notice; a change does not apply to a billing period you have already paid for.

The Services — including the software, the site, the Cormati name and logo, and all related content other than your content — are owned by Cormati or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services for your internal business purposes while your subscription is active, subject to these Terms. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

The Services may link to third-party websites and tools we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or practices. Your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their own terms.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms, if we are required by law, or if we discontinue a Service. Where the law allows, we will give you reasonable notice.
On termination, your right to use the Services ends, and we will handle your data as described in our Privacy policy.

Our total liability for all claims relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Services in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limits, so some of these may not apply to you.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Cormati and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, and costs, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your content, your use of the Services, or your breach of these Terms.
